Interpath Chooses Managed Suite at Tribes in Düsseldorf
- Interpath, the international financial advisory firm, has chosen a Managed Suite at Tribes in Düsseldorf for one of its locations in the DACH region. The firm, which specialises in the provision of deals, restructuring and value creation services, will occupy a dedicated workspace of approximately 500 sqm, further strengthening Interpath's presence in the city.
Growth requires flexibility and professionalism
As a fast-growing business, Interpath was looking for a solution that combines contractual flexibility with a professional and representative working environment. The organisation is forecasting strong growth across DACH this year and wanted an office that can support that development without compromising on quality or operational support.
The Managed Suite includes multiple meeting rooms and is fully fitted in accordance with applicable German regulations. This enabled Interpath to become operational at short notice from a private, self-contained environment with full facilities and service support.
Collaboration and location as decisive factors
The agreement was concluded in cooperation with the involved broker, Sebastian Opalko, Associate Director Flex Advisory Specialist Germany at CBRE.
“What proved decisive for Interpath was the open and transparent collaboration between all parties involved. In addition, the Managed Suite offered the flexibility and design options they were looking for, in a high-quality location with a strong business address in Düsseldorf.”
Part of a broader market development
According to Jasper Bekkering, CEO of Tribes, this decision reflects a broader shift in the market.
“Today's office must above all be functional and future-proof. Professional services firms are looking for a dedicated, representative environment for their teams and clients, while maintaining flexibility in scale and lease structure. Managed Suites combine independence and adaptability. Interpath Germany's choice reflects the broader movement we are seeing in the market.”
