Storio Group, the European platform behind leading personalised photo brands including Albelli, wanted more than a standard serviced office. They needed a private, self-contained floor that reflects their identity, supports collaboration and is ready from day one.

Storio wanted to bring its entire Amsterdam team together in one inspiring environment at Zuidas. The workplace had to feel modern, vibrant and closely connected to the company’s brand and way of working.
Conventional leasing was too slow, too generic and required too much internal coordination. Storio needed a partner that could handle the complete process.
1,120 m², completely refurbished and customised from the ground up.
Tribes transformed the existing mezzanine at Amsterdam Zuidas ITO into a fully fitted private office floor. Flooring, lighting, layout, facilities and brand experience were all developed in close collaboration with the Storio team.
One point of contact coordinated the fit-out, IT and facility management, allowing Storio to focus on its business while Tribes managed the project from concept to handover.
